MINIMUM ORDERS

The minimum order is 1 metre of any fabric and thereafter in 10cm increments.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Any items that are out of stock will be notified by phone or e mail and a choice will be given to change the order, wait for stock or cancel.  Cancellation will result in all monies being refunded.

MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE

Made to measure orders cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted.

POSTAGE

To a UK Address: postage is charged at £7.95 on fabric only orders,
postage on made to measure orders, will be quoted at time of ordering.
To an address outside the UK postage will be charged at cost.

RETURNS

All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. Incorrect faulty or damaged goods must be notified by e mail, phone or writing within 7 days of receipt. A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect, faulty or products damaged in transit. All packaging must be retained. Made to measure items cannot be returned unless they have not been made as specified.

NO GUARANTEES OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITH REGARD TO:

Colour fastness or fading due to sunlight, wear or shrinkage of fabric, damage due to misuse or accidents.  Made to measure items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted for credit.
