For our online shop all goods in stock will be dispatched the next working day by 1st class Royal Mail, which should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
Fabric to be ordered will arrive within 7 days.
Postage to a UK Mainland address is £ 7.95. Postage to Overseas address can be quoted for
The Little Childrens Curtain Company offers a fair policy of accepting returns provided the goods are received back to us within 7 days. Please advise us within 7 days of delivery by email to sales@thelittlecurtaincompany.co.uk if you wish to make a return, quoting your order number. We will send you details of your returns number and the correct address to use. Please ensure that all packaging and goods are returned in an “as new” condition.
Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded. When the goods are received your credit card will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the outward postage. Should you choose to exchange your item, you will not be reimbursed for the original postage costs and will be charged postage costs for the replacement.
For Made to Measure Curtains and Blinds orders cannot be cancelled once placed and accepted. Any fabrics out of stock will notified by email or phone and the choice will be given to change fabric or to cancel. Any cancellations will be given a full refund.
